Architecture and Planning Expert Tim Dill Joins HNTB in Bellevue

Extensive aviation, planning, federal government and historic preservation experience bolsters firm’s comprehensive services for airports in Northwest

BELLEVUE, Wash. (June 18, 2019) – Tim Dill, AIA, LEED AP, joined HNTB Corporation as a senior project manager in architecture. He is based in the firm’s Bellevue office and manages aviation and transit projects in the Northwest Division as well as supports HNTB’s nationwide architecture practice.

Dill brings more than 25 years of architecture experience in aviation, planning, federal government projects and historic preservation.

“Tim comes to us as a highly regarded and well-respected architect whose significant leadership and planning skills, as well as extensive project experience locally and throughout the region, are vital as HNTB continues to provide innovation to its clients,” said Jennie Santoro, AIA, NCARB, leader of HNTB’s Seattle architecture studio.

A registered Washington state architect and LEED 2.0-certified, Dill has worked on an array of projects at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, including planning, architectural design and facility upgrades. He also provided design services for Alaska’s Ketchikan International Airport renovation and expansion, and supported gate design services at Ben Gurion International Airport Concourse E in Tel Aviv, Israel.
