Dickens specializes in bridge inspections, design, load rating and construction observation. His experience includes leadership on routine, in-depth and fracture-critical inspections for highway and rail bridges nationwide, including many major river crossings.

“LJ is a leader who constantly seeks innovative methods to improve bridge inspections and related reports to reduce costs for transportation agencies,” said Tirzah Gregory, PE, HNTB Kansas City Metro bridge group director and associate vice president. “His extensive inspection experience positions him as a valuable resource to our clients who are working hard to maintain the health of bridges in their systems.”
