HNTB recently completed a master plan to modernize University of Kansas Memorial Stadium, construct a new indoor practice facility and transform the experience for all Kansas Jayhawk fans. Phase one of the project is underway and includes a new $26 million, 90,000-square-foot indoor practice football facility adjacent to the existing Anderson Family Football Complex and Memorial Stadium.
Future phases of development include premium seating and enhanced fan amenities, such as the Founders’ Suites, West Side Club Lounge, reserved chairback seating, Letterwinners’ Club, south endzone field level suites, north endzone Legacy Loge Boxes with in-seat service, Crimson and Blue Landing fan zones, and renovation of all existing suites within the press tower.
