Peppard has more than 20 years of experience advising transportation executives on the strategic development, investment and management of capital assets and infrastructure. He provides specialized strategic commercial expertise to federal, state and local agency leaders to help deliver the nation’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Peppard has overseen public-private partnership (P3) programs, evaluated models of delivery for transit and highway capital mega-projects, and advised on transportation, infrastructure and environment to the U.S. Senate.
