Password Reset
For security purposes, HNTB passwords must be reset every 120 days. This page provides guidelines to HNTB employees and external account holders on the proper procedures to reset your password.
Employees in the office
- Lock your computer.
- On the login page, click the Reset Password link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
Remote Employees / External Account Holders
- Access Specops: LINK
- Enter your HNTB username.
- Have Duo Security authenticate your identity.
- Reset your password following the on-screen instructions.
