Throughout his career, Riccardo has served as a senior policy advisor to the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) Secretary, the director of government affairs for the Federal Railroad Administration and a senior congressional affairs officer in the Office of the Secretary at U.S. DOT. His understanding of the U.S. DOT’s policies and programs, coupled with his unique perspective at the intersection of project delivery and federal policy, offer a depth of knowledge on the legislative and regulatory policy at the federal level.
