Kovac has more than 20 years of experience in program management and controls for transportation projects nationally. He works closely with project managers, agency clients and project stakeholders to advise on alternative delivery for design build, construction manager/general contractor and public-private partnerships (P3s) in highways, transit, airport infrastructure and tunning projects. He is experienced as owner representative for projects such as BART Silicon Valley Phase II Extension in Santa Clara County, California, and the Goethals Bridge Replacement in Staten Island, New York.
