Veteran transportation manager brings more than 33 years of expertise to support major projects across the West Coast
SAN JOSE, Calif. – (Feb. 25, 2025) – HNTB Corporation is pleased to announce the return of Andrew Kreck, PE, CCM, as vice president and division operations officer. Working from the firm’s San Jose office, Kreck provides strategic leadership for West Division offices as they collaboratively pursue and deliver complex, transformative infrastructure projects in the region.

HNTB’s Andrew Kreck
With more than 33 years of experience in the transportation sector, Kreck has an extensive track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. Prior to rejoining HNTB, Kreck served as vice president and operations manager on high-profile projects in Northern California. He began his career with Caltrans, where he gained foundational experience in delivering critical transportation initiatives.
Kreck received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Drexel University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California and a Certified Construction Manager.
