HNTB announces relocation of its Atlanta office

The firm will expand to a new office space, supporting a growing workforce and increasing demand for infrastructure services

ATLANTA (Oct. 21, 2024) – HNTB Corporation announces it will relocate its office in Atlanta, currently at 191 Peachtree Rd NE, to 14th & Spring, a 12-story, Class A office tower in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The move will accommodate the firm’s growing workforce and provide room for future expansion. HNTB first opened an office in metro Atlanta in 1968 and decades later, this relocation underscores HNTB’s continued dedication to the community and further aligns to its clients’ needs in Atlanta and across the state. HNTB will move to its new location at 14th & Spring in Spring 2025.

“HNTB is focused on delivering value for our clients and communities in complex infrastructure programs and projects. Our relocation, expansion and continued growth reflect our ongoing commitment to building strong partnerships in Atlanta, across Georgia and the Southeast,” said Tim Morgan, HNTB’s Atlanta office leader and senior vice president. “This new office space will foster collaboration, drive innovation and support the development of our professionals as we grow to meet the ever-increasing demands of our industry.”

The firm will occupy three floors of the building. This new location offers expansive amenities for employees including collaboration hubs, quiet zone areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a café and various outdoor spaces. Additionally, the office building is conveniently located and provides many multimodal access options including quick access to MARTA and walkable retail and restaurants nearby. The building was recently acquired by Shorenstein Investment Advisers, an owner and operator of high-quality office, residential and mixed-used properties across the U.S.

“Having acquired 14th & Spring just a few months ago, we are pleased to welcome HNTB as our first tenant at this state-of-the-art property,” said Claude Esposito, vice president at Shorenstein. “HNTB’s relocation underscores the quality and efficiency of 14th & Spring and its incredible accessibility to transit and walkability to the heart of Midtown. We plan to make significant additional investments in the property to deliver an exceptional experience for our tenants.”
