HNTB expands Dallas office, reinforcing commitment to the local community and driving economic growth

Relocation driven by need for larger, more sophisticated workspace to support the ongoing growth and development of professionals

DALLAS (April 2, 2025) HNTB Corporation, a leading infrastructure solutions firm, announced the relocation of its Dallas office to Ross Tower, a state-of-the-art facility, located at 500 N. Akard St., in downtown Dallas, near the thriving Arts District. The move was driven by the need for a larger and more advanced workspace to support the growth and development of its professionals.

Spanning 26,175 square feet on the entire 38th floor, the new office will boast dynamic workspaces designed to spark creativity and collaborative common spaces. The building also offers a variety of amenities, including high-tech conference facilities, multiple dining options, access to the T. Boone Pickens YMCA and is walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants, attractions and cultural venues.
