Hall brings decades of transportation and infrastructure program management controls experience
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 25, 2024) – Jeff Hall has joined HNTB Corporation as project controls director in its Nashville office, supporting the firm’s clients in Tennessee. Hall has more than 25 years of transportation and infrastructure program management and program controls experience.
“Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge to our firm, having worked on major transportation infrastructure programs across the Southeast,” said Robbie Hayes, HNTB’s Tennessee group director. “This experience coupled with his ability to lead multifaceted programs through complex phasing and time constraints will be a valuable addition to our clients’ projects here in Tennessee.”
Before joining HNTB, Hall worked in project control leadership roles on more than a dozen municipal and state department of transportation projects, including several for the Tennessee Department of Transportation. His estimating and project controls experience includes developing independent contractor estimates, value engineering, forensic analysis and cost and production earned value analysis.
Some projects Hall has worked on include Virginia Department of Transportation’s Hampton Roads Express Lanes, various projects with TDOT from general engineer contract roles to construction services, and the California High Speed Rail CP2-3 project.
Hall is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International and Construction Management Association of America.
