With 19 years at the firm, he brings extensive experience and leadership to new role
LOS ANGELES (Oct. 28, 2024) – HNTB Corporation has named Shawn Stover, PE, as senior project manager based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Stover is transitioning into his new role to support clients in Southern California, including the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s Locally Generated Alternative project. He is actively working with the Authority to develop procurement packages for construction and working with project teams to ensure the effective and timely delivery of project deliverables.

Stover has more than 35 years of experience in developing and managing roadway projects for both municipal and state agencies. He has spent nearly two decades supporting HNTB’s offices in Kansas City, Missouri, Austin, Texas, and Tampa, Florida where he served in project management roles including as engineering department manager, roadway department manager, and office delivery and quality manager, overseeing numerous multi-task order contracts.
Stover received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas.
