Program Management National Practice Leader
Ed Crooks
Crooks is an infrastructure finance and project development professional with extensive experience in public-private partnerships (P3). He has led and managed projects in a range of sectors, including highways, water, rail/transit, airports and social infrastructure. In addition to holding a University of Chicago MBA, Crooks is FINRA-registered (series 7, 24 and 63) and a registered professional engineer. Crooks has also lectured at graduate programs at Georgetown University, Stanford University, George Washington University and the University of Maryland.
